Store Policy

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped out, your courier will confirm the tracking information within their system. Whipped Lash New York will ship orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx, at its discretion. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped with the tracking numbers attached.

We print every shipping label exactly as it's entered on our website. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address before completing your order to ensure that your package is shipping to the right location. If you believe that your address may be incorrect, please reach out to info@whippedlashny.com and we'll be happy to verify or correct this information for you. We cannot correct any addresses once an order has been processed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for any corrections.

Whipped Lash New York is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Return Policy

Whipped Lash New York is committed to ensuring your safety and satisfaction. To maintain these high standards, we have a strict policy of not accepting returned items due to issues of hygiene. We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.  

If you receive a damaged item in your order, please send us a picture immediately of your item(s) at info@whippedlashny.com
