Not all magnetic eyeliner are created the same! This liner helps your lashes stay secure. Once they’re on, they’re on! They don’t lift or budge throughout wear.
 
Directions: Apply Whipped Lash® Magnetic Liquid Eyeliner along the lash line and allow to dry completely for 3 minutes before applying lashes. Using the Whipped Lash Applicator, secure lashes by setting them on the dried liner.
